IT Partner España it’s looking for to one of our clients: Support technician with English and French languages.
Requirements:
Knowledge in:
– Fluency in English, Spanish and French (spoken and written).
– Good knowledge of ticket processing practice.
– Manage first level technical support.
– Assist in the investigation and resolution of incidents and problems relating to infrastructure and/or applications, operating and network systems.
– Ability to assess each customer’s knowledge level of their specific implemented solution & to build rapid rapport with the customers.
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering equivalent.
– Knowledge of HTML, SQL databases and Microsoft Server.
Profile:
– Ability to analyse problems and offer solutions.
– Self-motivated working style, ability to work on own initiative, to prioritise and to manage workload.
– Excellent communication, relationship & organizational skills.
– Ability to work well across cultural, time zone and location differences.
